New beginnings

After a year of sadness, I thought it was time to snap out of it. Start to focus on all the good stuff. So, I have decided to get back into my routine. I am aiming for a 15-20lb weight loss by December, months end.

It is always had to accept the death of a loved one, and you need time to grieve and try to go on with life. Everyone takes their own time to heal. Though I am a long way from healing, my health needs to take front seat. I want to be happy and enjoy.

It starts now!
Running, weight lifting and boxing, with a few games of tennis should help me on my way!
If anyone has any suggestions I am always open.
